You’ll provide practical feedback on usability and accessibility, retest fixes, and help shape product experiences for founders and small businesses. This is a remote contract role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong eye for detail and curiosity about how websites work.
• Comfort navigating websites and trying different user journeys.
• Excellent written communication and ability to follow test instructions.
• QA experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow test scenarios across website navigation, search, forms, tools, and checkout environments.
• Record issues with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and screenshots or recordings.
• Provide usability, clarity, and accessibility feedback.
• Retest fixes and communicate findings with the team.
