Little Plains is seeking a Webflow developer to build highly interactive, responsive experiences that extend our design systems into production. New York or Remote (EST preferred) to align with client time zones.

This is a developer role with a high bar for technical precision and design sensibility. Expect advanced CMS work, clean naming conventions, and integration of analytics, forms, and automation tools, plus QA across browsers and devices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front-end development with Webflow expertise.
• Advanced CMS and logic skills with reusable class structures.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GSAP and motion libraries.
• Experience integrating analytics, forms, and automation tools.
• Strong QA across browsers and devices; familiarity with design systems.
• Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
• Active use of AI-assisted tools to prototype and explore.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, interactive Webflow experiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers to implement detail and animation.
• Write clean, maintainable code using GSAP and other libraries.
• Build and maintain advanced CMS structures with reusable classes.
• Integrate third‑party services including analytics, forms, automation tools.
• QA across browsers and devices before shipping.
• Use AI-assisted tools to prototype faster and explore interactions.
