Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a creative Web Designer / UI Designer to craft custom website designs, wireframes, brand assets, and design systems for client projects. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to ensure usability, accessibility, and performance across desktop and mobile.

The ideal candidate excels in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and handoffs to developers, with strong English communication and a passion for polished visuals.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Passion for design and strong understanding of core design concepts and fundamentals.
• Familiarity with web accessibility requirements.
• Desire to continue learning and stay current with the design industry.
• Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design unique, client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
• Design wireframes, website mockups, and related graphics for desktop and mobile devices.
• Create designs based on creative briefs, client goals, and supporting project materials.
• Draw vector icons and other illustrations.
• Attend and participate in client meetings.
• Collaborate with project teams to align design vision with client goals.
• Analyze usability, visual design, accessibility, and performance tradeoffs.
• Prepare clean, organized design files for handoff to developers.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule following our methodology and standards.
