Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Web Producer to drive the workflow and execution of web experiences across our digital touchpoints. This full-time role can be located in our Bellevue, WA office or remotely within the US where Smartsheet is registered.

You will publish pages in Drupal, coordinate optimization for the DXO program, run A/B tests, and build analytics reports to guide our web strategy. 3–5 years of web production and Drupal experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Web production and CMS publishing experience (preferably Drupal).
• Able to partner with internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
• Understand website audience, customer journey, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with brand website operations.
• Experience with image/assets for the web and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with agility and focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement by executing content strategies and publishing pages in CMS.
• Coordinate and manage optimization efforts for Digital Experience Optimization from concept to launch.
• Oversee Optimizely A/B tests and personalization experiments.
• Publish web pages through Drupal and maintain content accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to pull data and build insightful website reports.
