Job summary

Golden State Warriors are seeking a developer to join our growing team, focusing on an internal web application that serves as the primary interface for the basketball operations team. You will collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build tools that make complex data accessible and actionable.

This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities to influence technical direction and drive data-driven experiences for a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Proficient across multiple front-end frameworks.
• Writes clean, well-structured code and cares about maintainability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• Next.js and mobile development experience a plus.
• Experience building data-heavy dashboards or visualization tools a plus.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features for our internal basketball operations web application.
• Work with the application database to support new features and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics staff to design intuitive interfaces for complex data.
• Contribute to application architecture and code quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
