Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a Web Content and Tier 2 Integration Specialist with a Secret clearance to support our government customer. The position is remote.

You will manage public-facing and internal content, troubleshoot CMS and integrations, and coordinate with operations, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a reliable digital experience.

Applicants with 3–5 years’ relevant experience and CMS exposure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required or higher.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, IT, CS, web development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with websites, web apps, CMS, or digital content.
• Experience coordinating across content, operations, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, publish web content across public-facing and internal sites.
• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for CMS, content, and integrations.
• Investigate incidents, document steps, and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure a consistent digital experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government partners on content requirements.
