Socha Capital in Austin, Texas, is seeking a client service professional to own client requests from start to finish. You will prepare and process accounts, transfers, and custodian paperwork while communicating with high-net-worth clients and professionals.

You will work with Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail, Orion, and eMoney, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvements. The role offers remote work based in Austin with high expectations and growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of client service or operations experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Experience with account opening, transfers, cashiering, and custodian processes.
• Schwab Advisor Center experience preferred; familiarity with Redtail, Orion, eMoney a plus.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own client service requests from start to finish.
• Prepare and process new accounts, ACAT transfers, money movements, distributions, and custodian paperwork.
• Communicate directly with high-net-worth clients, custodians, advisors, and other professionals.
• Identify missing information and prevent delays.
• Support life insurance applications and policy processing.
• Work with Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail, Orion, and eMoney.
• Support compliance and seek process improvements for clients.
