Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional to advise customers on wealth and investment strategies, answer inquiries, and fulfill sales and service activities. The role involves outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and referring to other business groups as needed.

The position is remote/telework with on-site elements as indicated, salaried compensation, and a pay range of $40,500 to $80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers on wealth and investment strategies and products.
• Meets customer needs through wealth and investment related sales and service.
• Probes to understand customer needs and guides them through investment options.
• Completes documentation after customer interactions to ensure accurate processing.
• Maintains knowledge of investment markets and regulatory environment.
• Escalates complex issues to senior managers when required.
• Identifies referrals to other BMO groups as needed.
• Stays informed about promotions and programs and integrates into conversations.
• Complies with AML, FCAC, privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supports achievement of sales targets with a focus on investment products.
