Job summary

Melius Consulting is seeking a Wealth Management Agent to educate clients on financial strategies, insurance, retirement, and estate planning. This remote/hybrid role offers training and the chance to grow with industry leaders while helping individuals and business owners secure their futures.

No prior financial experience is required; training is provided by our leadership, and you will be empowered to take initiative and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Ambition & drive to make a positive impact in the community.
• Customer service and/or management experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a state licensing exam.
• Age 18 or older and U.S. citizenship.
• Computer with a camera.

Responsibilities

• Assist and educate clients with consumer and small business solutions and strategies while helping them navigate their unique life.
• Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy
• Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities, such as submitting policies and account maintenance
• Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for them at all times while abiding by all regulatory requirements
