Job summary

e.Republic, a leading data, media, and events company for state and local government and education, seeks a VP of Marketing to lead brand, demand generation, and Marketing as a Service. This executive will drive growth across public- and private-sectors, steer product and corporate marketing, and modernize with AI-driven practices.

The role reports to the CCO and requires deep B2B experience, a proven ability to build high-performing teams, and a track record of measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B, media, information, technology, events, research, marketplace, or professional services.
• Experience leading a broad marketing function including brand, demand generation, digital, product marketing, communications, and operations.
• Proven track record driving pipeline, revenue, engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategy aligned with company priorities and revenue objectives.
• Own Marketing’s contribution to private-sector pipeline and revenue via demand gen, ABM, digital, content, events, and partnerships.
• Build and lead public-sector marketing programs to increase subscriptions, attendance, and engagement.
• Lead product marketing, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and market education.
• Develop customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Events, Media, and other leaders to create an integrated growth system.
