Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in brand, communications, or CXStrategy.
• 5+ years in a healthcare advertising agency.
• 8+ years of direct management experience.
• Mastery of strategic tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic authority across assigned brands with clear direction.
• Architect and oversee brand, creative, and omnichannel strategies.
• Identify opportunities to apply proprietary data and new offerings.
• Lead new business pitches with a winning strategic vision.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the careers of senior strategists.
• Enforce best practices for the strategy department.
