Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen our financial infrastructure in a multi-site healthcare services environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance within multi-site healthcare services or similarly complex operating environment.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and improving financial processes, controls, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and FP&A.
• Deliver timely, accurate monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and operational analyses to support executive decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to strengthen financial infrastructure and governance.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards linking operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Oversee revenue cycle management and ensure compliant revenue recognition across trials.
