Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President, Generative AI Engineering Enterprise to lead our data and AI engineering strategy across on‑premise and multi‑cloud environments. You will own governance, architecture, and execution for enterprise data products, feature stores, and scalable AI capabilities.

This role requires senior leadership, cross‑functional influence, and a track record of delivering ROI on AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering, platform, or enterprise technology experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience leading large, enterprise-scale data or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise data and Gen AI engineering strategy.
• Oversee ETL/ELT platforms integrating legacy systems with cloud data/AI platforms.
• Establish governance for feature stores, datasets, and AI data products.
• Set direction for AI enablement, including vectorization, embeddings, and RAG.
• Own Snowflake strategy and cloud‑native integration for AI services.
