Job summary

MCI is hiring Call Center Representatives to support the "Get Out the Vote" initiative from the comfort of your home in Georgia. Ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, making outbound calls to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer issues, and documenting interactions accurately.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. A strong aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20 Mbps+).
• Strong aptitude for conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
