Help Believe in Me lead a high-quality network of nonprofit and community partners expanding resources and opportunities for underserved youth and young people.

We are seeking a volunteer Nonprofit Partner Director to guide partner strategy, qualification, onboarding, engagement, resource coordination, data quality, and continuous improvement for the Community Partnership Program.

Responsibilities

• Define partnership priorities, standards, workflows, roles, and success measures
• Lead research, outreach, discovery, qualification recommendations, onboarding, training, and stewardship
• Coordinate liaisons across schools, social services, health/wellness, and community organizations
• Review partner information, risks, gaps, capacity, and alignment for authorized decisions
• Maintain clear boundaries regarding eligibility, referrals, funding, data access, and endorsements
• Guide CRM, directory, reporting, communications, and review cycles
• Resolve escalated partner questions and coordinate authorized staff decisions
• Report network strengths, gaps, risks, and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• Significant experience in nonprofit partnerships, community programs, social services, education, public health, network management, or business development
• Strong leadership, facilitation, judgment, documentation, and relationship-management skills
• Understanding of privacy, referral systems, contracts, risk, and program authorization
• Ability to lead a distributed volunteer team
• Existing community networks are helpful

This is a remote, recurring volunteer leadership role available within the United States. Expect approximately 8–12 hours per month.
