Qualifications

• One-year experience providing vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities required.
• Prefer experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to obtain Certified Employment Support Professional Credential within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate vocational services for individuals with disabilities.
• Conduct orientation/intake activities for participants.
• Assist participants in job matching and conducting situational work assessments.
• Ensure employer contacts are made within one month of participant orientation.
• Maintain contact with newly employed participants to assure adjustment.
