Job summary

Kyndryl in the United States is seeking a senior IT infrastructure professional to design, build and optimize mission-critical systems. You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic planning, spanning networks, servers, cloud and mainframe domains to deliver reliable solutions.

Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers and Technicians, driving end-to-end delivery while documenting architectures and automating workflows for repeatable success.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise within VMware technology areas (cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
