The role requires 4+ years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and expert Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Express). Remote U.S. work and collaboration with cross-functional teams are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in content, media, sports, entertainment, or digital marketing.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital audiences.
• Strong portfolio showing social content, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with or interest in using generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly to speed up workflows.
• Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Proven teamwork with video production and content teams, and strong communication.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workflow optimization and asset management.

Responsabilités

• Social Content Creation: design static assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and more.
• Video Support: create thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, end cards, and motion graphics.
• Brand & Visual Identity: develop concepts and visual systems for storytelling and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with video editors and producers for consistency.
• Event & Marketing Support: design assets for events, presentations, internal comms, merch, marketing.
• Project Management: handle multiple creative requests across teams.
• Asset Management: maintain and evolve brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• Trend Monitoring: stay current with social media trends and formats.
• Workflow Optimization: manage multiple projects and improve creative workflows.
