Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, 25–50 per day, with quick interactions.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Support clients and internal teams.
• Handle calendars, follow-ups, inboxes, and coordination.
• Work across CRMs, spreadsheets, and multiple platforms.
