Welby Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our remote physiological monitoring program.

You will monitor vitals, reinforce care plans, and educate patients to improve adherence and engagement, collaborating with RNs and physicians to ensure timely follow-up and high-quality care. This role requires active MA certification and 2–5 years of direct patient care, with bilingual (Vietnamese) capabilities and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Active MA certification in good standing.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical or home care.
• Fluent Vietnamese with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and review patient vitals and assessments on Welby Health's platform.
• Support care managers with executing and maintaining individualized care plans.
• Document patient interactions per internal protocols and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with providers and teams to facilitate follow-up tasks.
• Deliver patient education and guidance via telephone and secure messaging.
• Empower patients to manage chronic conditions and build healthy habits.
