Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Caseworker to provide client-centered case management for domestic and foreign trafficking survivors. You will conduct eligibility screenings, develop service plans, and connect clients with community resources and legal rights information.

This role emphasizes culturally appropriate support, collaboration with partners, thorough documentation, and data collection to meet donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Services or similar field preferred (substitutions possible).
• 2-3 years minimum working with victims of trafficking or vulnerable populations.
• Case management and/or victims' assistance experience preferred.
• Excellent English skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, culturally appropriate case management for trafficking victims.
• Complete eligibility screenings and enrollment paperwork.
• Coordinate services with local partners and community resources.
• Maintain case notes, files, and data collection.
• Advocate for linguistically appropriate services.
• Track activities and prepare donor reports.
