Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Veterinary Services Manager (VSM) to lead regional veterinary initiatives, support sales and marketing, and reinforce our commitment to outstanding animal care across companion and production animals.

The role requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, 5+ years in companion animal practice, travel 50–70%, and excellent communication skills for in-clinic and conference settings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine required.
• 5+ years of clinical companion animal practice.
• Current and active veterinary license.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of work time.
• Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers and Regional Managers at meetings, visits, and conferences.
• Provide technical information and veterinary expertise to support sales and marketing teams.
• Educate and empower the sales team using technical and marketing materials.
• Coach and engage the sales team to build confidence and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with veterinary services leadership to manage industry relationships and resources.
