The role focuses on compassionate conversations about in-home euthanasia, hospice care, and quality-of-life concerns with pet families.

The position is 100% remote with evenings and weekend scheduling, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high-volume inbound call load in a remote, work-from-home environment
• Gather and document pet, family, and medical information accurately
• Schedule appointments using scheduling platforms
• Provide compassionate, empathetic guidance on in-home euthanasia, hospice and related care
