Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of data analysis, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to manage priorities while delivering excellent customer experiences within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with data analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formatting).
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment.
• Proven experience organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes provider financial patterns and trends utilizing Excel and/or SQL.
• Updates, maintains, and reviews fee scheduling and pricing structures.
• Thoroughly reviews provider contracts and ensures rates are priced and applied accurately.
• Identifies process recommendations and ensures compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborates and communicates with internal partners at all professional levels within various departments.
