Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting required.
• Appraisal license or completion of appraisal coursework preferred.
• Amazing computer skills with the ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of all valuations across the US.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
