Synerg is looking for a Validation Engineer in Boston, MA, who will assist with developing and executing validation protocols. You will drive quality performance and compliance in validation processes across various projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-10 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities include documentation generation, validation support, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Hands-on equipment start-up and troubleshooting experience is highly desired.
• Report writing experience for IQ, OQ, PQ is needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute life cycle documentation for cleaning and equipment.
• Support validation activities for client projects.
• Write reports summarizing validation and commissioning activities.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of FDA cGMP

Expertise in Process Equipment validation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related life science field
