Christi is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Planners. In this role, you will research, plan, and book personalized vacations tailored to clients’ interests and budgets, while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

You’ll work remotely with flexible scheduling, access to industry resources, and tools to manage reservations and client communications. If you enjoy travel and helping others craft memorable experiences, we’d love to connect.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using computers and online applications.
• Willingness to complete training and learn about destinations and suppliers.
• Previous travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking cruises, resorts, family vacations, and theme park trips.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Create personalized vacation options based on client preferences and budgets.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and travel process.
• Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service before, during, and after travel.
