Camirand Travels is a growing travel services company dedicated to delivering exceptional travel planning and personalized client experiences. We are seeking a motivated Remote Travel Client Success Specialist to support clients at every stage of their planning journey, with comprehensive training and ongoing development provided.

In this remote role, you will build relationships, recommend vacation options, coordinate reservations, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service, hospitality, travel, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable learning new technology and web-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
• Research and recommend travel solutions including cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and other travel experiences.
• Coordinate reservations and assist clients throughout the planning and booking process.
• Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms.
• Conduct follow-up communications to promote client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Support business growth through networking, relationship building, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Stay informed on travel destinations, supplier promotions, industry updates, and travel trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
