Caribbeantravelers is seeking a Remote Vacation Planner to design customized vacation packages for clients from a fully remote setup. This part-time role involves coordinating flights, accommodations, activities, and documents, while maintaining strong client communication.

You will craft itineraries based on client preferences, stay current with travel trends, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless planning and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• No prior travel industry experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, resorts, and activities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements based on client preferences and budget
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to gather information and provide updates on their vacation plans
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure reservations and confirm details
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or while clients are on vacation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide the best recommendations and advice to clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient planning process for clients

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Vacation Planner to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position.

As a Remote Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for creating customized vacation packages for our clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements.
