Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking a Remote Itinerary Consultant to research, organize, and book vacation experiences for clients. You will compare destinations, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities based on client preferences and prepare options and quotes.

Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, maintaining client files, and building relationships through follow-up and service, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Ability to research and organize vacation details.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

Research destinations and vacation options based on client preferences and budgets.
Help clients compare accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Prepare itinerary recommendations and booking quotes.
Coordinate reservations through available supplier resources.
Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
Develop client relationships through marketing, follow-up, and service.
