Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget

• Process reservations and assist with booking modifications or cancellations
• Share destination insights, travel recommendations, and available offers
• Provide ongoing assistance to clients before, during, and after their trips
• Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier options, and industry developments

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working remotely
• Comfort using basic technology and willingness to learn new booking systems (training provided)
• Travel, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial but not necessary
