Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Project Manager to support the VA OCC, overseeing telehealth equipment refresh and expansion across medical centers and clinics nationwide. The role is fully remote, serving as the day-to-day link between OCC, VISN Telehealth Program Managers, and field staff to keep equipment requests, deliveries, and site communications on track.

This position is suitable for early-career PM professionals who understand VA workflows and want growth into larger programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related work experience.
  • 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to groups.
  • Able to juggle many sites and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telehealth equipment requests with VA sites and VISNs for technology refresh and expansion.
  • Communicate delivery schedules to sites, track progress, and finalize open orders.
  • Answer field questions on installation, ordering, deployment, and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Support recurring calls and meetings, and distribute action items within two business days.
  • Build and present slide decks regularly for program updates.
  • Handle inquiries from field staff via phone, email, and Teams.
