Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Junior UX Prototype Specialist to transform digital platforms into intuitive, click-through demos that support sales and training. You will build no-code prototypes with Axure RP, Supademo, and Ceros, delivering realistic demonstrations to prospects and guiding conversations.

Collaborating with product, presales and creative teams, you’ll ensure demos reflect latest functionality, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of UX/prototyping experience.
• Experience with Axure RP and no-code tools.
• Strong storytelling and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).

Responsibilities

• Prototype Development: design and build high-fidelity Axure RP prototypes with dynamic panels, variables, and data-driven widgets.
• Data Preparation & Scenario Modeling: load demo data and simulate complex use cases including multi-step forms and role-based views.
• Responsive & Adaptive Experience Design: build adaptive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• User Validation & Iteration: conduct informal reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with product, presales, and UX teams on demo objectives and standards.
• Demo Environment Maintenance: manage design libraries and update content as features evolve.
• Additional functions: perform other duties as assigned; travel as required.
