Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Junior UX Prototype Specialist to transform our digital platforms into intuitive, clickthrough demos. You will build no-code prototypes with Axure RP, Supademo, and Ceros to support sales and training, while ensuring demos reflect real application behavior and brand standards.

You will design multi-step, data-driven scenarios, validate flows with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with product, presales, and creative teams to keep demos up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four (4) years of relevant industry experience including at least one (1) year of Axure RP.
• Experience simulating complex, data-driven scenarios (forms, states, error handling, role-based views) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prototype Development: design and build high-fidelity Axure RP prototypes with dynamic panels and data-driven widgets.
• Data Preparation & Scenario Modeling: load demo data and simulate multi-step, conditional journeys.
• Responsive & Adaptive Experience Design: create layouts that scale across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• User Validation & Iteration: conduct walkthroughs and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with product, presales, and creative teams on demo objectives.
• Demo Environment Maintenance: maintain libraries and update content as features evolve.
