We are currently seeking a UX Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience delivering end-to-end design in dynamic and evolving contexts. If you are self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take full ownership without relying on rigid structures, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Own design work from initial idea through to implementation
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Contribute to and help maintain design systems
• Maintain accessibility as a core focus throughout the design process
• Help shape the design culture at Justpoint by mentoring peers, championing quality, and improving workflows

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in healthtech, legaltech, or purpose-driven product teams
• Have worked in early-stage or fast-growing startups
• Can independently validate ideas using lean research methods
