The position emphasizes timely, professional communication with stakeholders and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with an AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes calls relating to precertification requests.
• Verifies that patient, provider and facility information is accurate and up to date.
• Enters notes and service requests in CareMCsystem.
• Communicates with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
