Job summary

USIC, the industry leader in underground utility damage prevention, is seeking a detail-oriented reviewer based in Indianapolis. This work-from-home role requires residing in Indianapolis to be considered, with compensation of $15.45 per hour.

As a Review Locator, you will examine locate requests against customer facilities, using prints and maps to assess conflicts, reduce unnecessary truck rolls, and ensure accurate ticket handling while maintaining high attendance and independent work

Qualifications

• Must exhibit a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and focus on details.
• Experience with locating, utility, or survey work preferred.
• Proficient with or able to learn electronic customer records.

Responsibilities

• Review locate requests for conflicts with customer facilities using prints and maps.
• Assess tickets efficiently and accurately.
• Logically deduce infrastructure damage possibility.
• Shut down unnecessary truck rolls.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all tasks.
