Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in legal contexts.
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US law topics.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives.
- Draft, review, and edit legal content including memos, opinions, contracts.
- Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for accuracy and clarity.
- Participate in remote collaboration to refine deliverables.
- Contribute to content quality assurance and fix ambiguities in materials.
- Maintain high standards of precision in all submissions.
