Job summary

24 Seven Talent's biotech client is seeking a data-savvy Junior Marketing Analyst on a remote three-month contract (40 hours/week). The role focuses on turning messy data into clean records and keeping marketing projects on track.

You will support infrastructure, perform lead enrichment, manage tasks in Asana/Coda, assist with contracts and POs, and produce basic reporting in Excel/Sheets. Must be US-based and detail-oriented with strong time management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Experience navigating PM tools like Asana or Coda.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational infrastructure of the marketing team.
• Perform manual lead enrichment and routine data entry in internal systems.
• Manage tasks and timelines within Asana/Coda to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with processing contracts, generating POs, and organizing expense reports.
• Provide basic visibility into marketing activities using Excel/Sheets.
