Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Experience in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
• Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current information is used.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors and ambiguities in legal materials.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain high standards in all submissions.
