DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced OB/GYN professional to help train AI models by evaluating clinical answers, judging reasoning, and guiding improvements across new model versions.

You will work remotely, reviewing AI responses to clinical questions, rating them for accuracy, safety, and usefulness, and documenting your call with a clear rationale. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling and hourly pay, with opportunities across obstetrics and gynecology projects.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Board-certified OB/GYN with at least 3 years post-residency, or nurse/NP/PA licensed in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia to practice obstetrics and gynecology.
• Hands-on clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Clear, well-organized writing.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI responses to clinical questions with clinician context.
• Rate responses on accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness.
• Compare two responses and decide which a clinician would rely on, logging discrepancies.
• Provide a clear, detailed rationale describing your call and what the weaker response got right.
• Identify missed red flags or incomplete differentials in model answers.
