Sentara Health's Advanced Imaging Center at the Greenbrier HealthPlex in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Tech I to perform ultrasound procedures in an ambulatory setting under the direction of a physician. The role requires a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or an approved program and ARRT/ARDMS credentials for site eligibility.

ICAVL accreditation sites require credentials to be listed in the application.

Competenze

• Requires degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field or completion of an approved training program.
• ARRT or ARDMS certification is required for ACR-accredited sites on hire.
• ICAVL accreditation sites require credentials to be listed in the application as provisional staff.

Mansioni

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in ambulatory settings under physician direction.
• Be proficient in preliminary structural reporting.
