Ovation Healthcare seeks an Automation Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support UiPath-based automations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows and own moderately complex automation deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA/automation development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio in a production environment.
• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (jobs, assets, queues, triggers, releases).
• Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, variables, arguments, debugging, and structured exception handling.
• Experience with logging, retry logic, and error recovery.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and supporting production processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflow designs with limited supervision.
• Build automations using established standards for queue-based processing, logging, and auditability.
• Implement exception handling, retry logic, and secure data handling in workflows.
• Support production automations by monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and fixes.
• Enhance existing automations for performance, maintainability, and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and support notes for automations.
• Collaborate with business users during testing/UAT and deployment.
• Contribute reusable components and development standards within UiPath.
• Follow privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
