Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group seeks a senior UHNW Operations Consultant Lead to provide operational leadership and advanced portfolio reporting for our most complex UHNW client relationships. You will design, implement, and continually improve tailored reporting solutions for multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and alternative investments.

This remote role offers a base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in financial services operations, reporting, or UHNW support.
3+ years supporting UHNW or multi-entity client relationships.
Deep understanding of portfolio accounting, performance reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Lead UHNW client reporting and cross-functional coordination with RMs, advisors, and operations.
Design and refine scalable UHNW performance reporting frameworks.
Create customized reports including net worth and asset allocation views.
Oversee setup of alternative investments and manual accounts in Orion and related systems.
Provide guidance, training, and best-practice sharing to advisors on reporting capabilities.
