Job summary

Univera Healthcare is seeking a Business Assurance Testing Analyst to oversee business testing and UAT for projects, releases, and system changes. You will develop and manage test plans, coordinate testing with business and technical teams, track defects, review results, and support business sign-off before deployment.

This role helps ensure solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and readiness expectations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in test management, QA, UAT, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, healthcare, QA, or related field.
• Experience creating test plans, cases, scripts, and release recommendations.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios and readiness criteria.
• Familiarity with test/automation tools (SQL, dashboards, Power BI, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of business testing and UAT to ensure release readiness.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
• Coordinate UAT with business testers, SMEs, product owners, and IT teams.
• Track defects, issues, and risks; support resolution and retesting.
• Ensure traceability linking test results to business needs and audits.
• Provide test status, risks, and release recommendations to stakeholders.
