Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• LBS1 certification required.
• Patient, understanding, and reliable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2-5 tutors working in the Chicago area to: help students understand new concepts
• assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments
• teach problem-solving skills
• prepare supplemental lessons
• communicate with parents and teachers
