Grow Trucking is hiring a Truck Dispatching Sales Executive to help owner-operators and fleets grow their business. Fully remote role with competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

You will prospect and onboard operators, present dispatch packages, and build a lead pipeline while collaborating with dispatch teams. Top performers earn $4,000-$6,000 monthly; remote work flexibility and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry and dispatch operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage own schedule and hit targets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new owner-operators and fleet clients for Grow Trucking's dispatch services.
• Present and sell dispatch packages to carriers, owner-operators, and small fleet companies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and social media.
• Work closely with the dispatch operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activity and client communications.
• Represent Grow Trucking professionally in all client-facing interactions.
