• 2–4 years in payment or treasury operations with exposure to money movement across rails.
• Proficient with ACH and multi-rail processing; NACHA/AAP certification preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with banks, vendors, or cross-functional partners.
• Ability to balance priorities and deliver accurate work in a high-volume payments environment.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day treasury and banking operations including bank account funding, balance monitoring across all Coinbase legal entities, and liquidity forecasting.
• Execute daily customer payment processing across multiple fiat rails, ensuring timely and compliant settlement.
• Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues by conducting root-cause research and coordinating with banking partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test and launch new payment rail integrations.
• Collaborate with internal compliance, legal, and finance teams to fulfill regulatory and banking requests.
• Serve as a primary operations contact for banking partners, triaging issues related to fiat rail integrations and customer payments.
