Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, call center, or support roles is preferred.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Able to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

Support itinerary updates, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
