Destination Knot, based in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an Online Travel Reservations Advisor. The role is remote with flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or side hustle options.

You will book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and other travel products, while delivering customer service throughout the trip lifecycle. No prior travel-agent experience is required; applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• No prior travel-agent experience required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States or selected international locations.
• Comfortable with basic computer and internet tasks and able to provide strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and other travel products.
• Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Track deals, promotions, and travel trends; coordinate with resorts, airlines, tour operators and vendors.
